Hey I have a problem with my TICA ST588, Its not getting free spool, and what little free spool its has is when you tilt the reel with the handle Facing down.
Can anyone help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

it's similar to the penn v-series internationals. sounds like a full rebuild would be in order.
