From right to left: Jigmaster- 4/0 - 6/0, maybe the 10/0 to 16/0 will be next :-\
Nicely buffed out stainless.
Yea, it does. To anyone out there, don't ask me to buff those, I'm just not going to do it. ;D.
I had a nice old buffer and it finally gave up on me, the new one is worthless. :-\
nice! mine are in the hands of the cutter as per Lee...
Being deburred now, then drill and tap
thanks Lee pm sent hope it's not too late...
Very nice work Sal, I just got one of those handles for my jigmaster from Lee and I think they are real winners, now I just have to buff it out.
I requested some minor changes, I'm not sure if Lee will do it to just mine or all. We'll see what he has to say.

I only buff the side that shows, the other side gets hit with 600 grit sandpaper to remove any marks.
Are they heat treated for hardness? Big strong hands like yours tend to bend things.
They are untreated 316 SS.
You got me jonesing for mine now Sal! You dawg! :-\
I got some of those handles from the Boss. I think they look like they were made for each other! Good Work Lee!

I need to fine out the hole where the gear sleeve goes and they are done. I'm going to try to get to the coast tomorrow and will do it when I get home.
Perfection takes time. I'm just ribbing Sal. :P
Nice handles!
hey sal, i just noticed. are those the new A.T. arms?
Mel, the knobs are Alan's new 3/0's, I also have the 6/0, but a friend is testing the reel that it's on.
I have seen lots of handles, Alan's is the best made one so far. Those should last a long while.
hi alto mare
those handles look like they are put on back to front ;)
cheers
Not a problem Wallace, flip the reel 180 degree and you'll have it covered ;)
why did i typed arms? oh this swiss cheese brain of mine. ::) am sure will last at least my lifetime. i have the 1st gen knobs/handles and my love handles ;) ;D
I knew what you meant ;)
That is a required skill to become a Moderator Mel.
Understanding the Brain if Cheesed. Sal is a Master at it! ;D
