I see many electric reels on the eBay recently. Given that I usually feed rotten fish to my beloved 5lbs squids down to the center of the Earth (seems such to me) I wonder if its worth the $250-300 plus shipping for a well-used from the Japs.
Does anyone has to add any info on this? I realize that this is not the subject of this (and all other) thread but I'm looking forward for a brief word from you. Maybe I should post it elsewhere but...
Given the opportunity, what about its maintenance? Is it feasible for a person who barely has a couple of simple reels under his belt?
