found one for $115, 10/10 cosmetically/mechanically. worth it?

A PG 251 is a little wider than a PG 255. The PG 255 is one of my favorite reels.  If the 251 is in near new condition $115. is a good buy.

From the prices I've seen on that auction site, that seems to be a very reasonable price...congrats! I've got a couple 255's and like 'em a lot.

That is reasonable, and may be a little cheap since you said that it's a 10/10 reel.  I've spent about $125 for average looking reels that ended up needing work when I took the whole thing apart.
