the wife cooked some atlantic salmon today for lunch
the sauce made it perfect
"whats that said i"
greek yoghurt and horse radish mixed
good one!

hi ltm,   1 cup greek yoghurt
           2 tablespoons horseradish
that mixture was very smooth and light(not strong)

well, WHICH horseradish may mean more than proportions/ratio -- 2 tbsp. of weak prepared jarred stuff may be virtually undetectable; fresh-grated could be quite nice & genuine Wasabi -- mighty potent!
