Post by: Rodman on November 17, 2013, 06:11:01 AM
Hi Alan

I an from Aussie down under and I need some advice in regards to the handle assembly.
Can a penn 330 GTI or a Penn 345 handle fit the 113H.
The normal handle is no longer avail in aussie
My client loves the feel of the 345 handle

Yes;
The 330 GTI uses the same gear sleeve as the 113H. The 345 is almost the same as a 113HLW with a graphite frame and level wind. All 3 reels use the same handle.

That's not quite correct: The 330 and 113H handles can be used interchangeably. However, the 345 handle is thicker than the 330/113H handles. You can make it work but it's not perfect.

All my gear sleeves this size are Alan's stainless and I didn't have an issue with a 345 handle. Maybe the issue is with the stock ones.
