With it is that the oscillation isn't smooth there are little ticks and numbs

honestly, i would just contact shimano on this one. call them at 877-577-0600 and see what they can do for you. spinners, particularly shimano spinners, can be a nightmare to work on!
I believe the Stella's have a lifetime warranty??
They are quite hard to work on and some have specialty tools that are needed for tear down..
As Alan said, best bet is to contact Shimano Service...
