Title: Question about Corrosion X
Post by: sundaytrucka on December 05, 2013, 08:01:18 PM
It seems Corrosion X is recommended over Reel X, by most people I have talked to and from what I have read.

Q?: Is Corrosion X available in an oil/droplet form (not in an aerosol can)? I have only seen the aerosol can of Corrosion X available at most stores, while Reel X is available as an oil/droplet bottle.

If I were to buy the aerosol can of corrosion X, can I take the shield off of a bearing and spray the product within the bearing? Will it give the same coating/quality use as using an oil form lubricant into the bearing?

The Corrosion X I use/have is in a spray bottle.  When I need droplets, I squeeze gently.  Even when I want "spray" it still comes out in drops.
