Title: Surfmaster
Post by: Shark Hunter on December 26, 2013, 03:55:41 AM
My Son bought me a Surfmaster. I am glad someone got me a reel for Christmas! After working on these big Senators, anything smaller than a 10/0 seems tiny.

what a contrast between the two!

Is that a 250? I have one from the early years of production that hasn't been fished since it was new. Still has the linen line on the spool.

I love the Surfmasters, especially the 100 and 150.  The 250 is a low speed Jigmaster 500.

Thanks,  Lee. That's a good explanation of the reel.
