Title: Accurate tools
Post by: Rodman on January 15, 2014, 02:48:45 AM
I have tried to get a screw driver that will undo the accurate screws here in Australia.   I found something close but it is not strong enough and rounds off.  Alan if it is possible to get one in USA?  If I have to get one from U let me know

Which screws are you referring to?

If you are talking about the right sideplate screws, it depends on the age of the reel. Some of the older Boss Magnums use a 1/16" allen screw. The newer Boss Magnums and the Boss Extremes use a T7 torx bit. I got mine on ebay

these guys

http://www.amazon.com/Tamper-Proof-Star-Torx-10-pcs/dp/B002T5O5LO/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1389812713&sr=8-5&keywords=t7+torx+bit

this set will likely NOT work because of the shaft diameter.

they are likely available in australia.  if not, let me know and i can send them out.
