Question: just picked up international II 30t..was made in 1991..does it have HT-100 drag?

reel was made in 1991(#H91)

It should, yes.
Unless someone changed it in years past for some reason.

If I remember correctly the early 30T's had asbestos drag washers. I'm not sure then they made the change to HT-100's though?
