I have a few 5 washer metal drag washer sets for the low speed 349, they are $15.00 a set and I will pay shipping.
I also have 3 349 hex insert with metal washers for $20.00 plus shipping.
No one has a low speed 349 they want to upgrade? I do not want to put these washers into my scrap bucket (with 50 or so "Keta Kranks") so I will reduce the price to $5.00 a set on the washers. This is below my cost but scrap prices are worse.

The holes that the gearsleeve go through had a lot of taper and after cleaning it up are not within my tolerances, I prefer a snug fit. To tell you the truth I lost a bunch of $, time and finger tips on the handle arms and hate to even look at them. I am working with a laser cutter on another project and might have them cut a small test run of cranks.

I will look, if not I can have some cut but the last cutting order was 3 months ago and still not cut.

Did you have any washers Lee? I've got a spare low speed 349 set (5) if you haven't got any on hand - it might help JRD or Keith get one reel going if you need to wait for more to be cut. They will take a week or two to get there though.

Just the low speed washers but I have low speed gears and yokes to convert a high speed to a low if your reel is high speed.
I have a low speed gear but it is rusted to death and shot.
If you have a low speed gear set with washers, that would be great.
Let me know where to send you the money.
