No-fault customer service is a winning business model.  Another good example is Vortex.

This shows that a Company truly appreciates your business and that it knows who drives the product off the shelf.

This thread alone will encourage someone to explore and possibly buy their products.

Now, find out where the discard bin is and get some spare parts! ;)
