Title: Any opinions on Fenwick Pacificstik?
Post by: ReelFishingProblems on February 26, 2017, 04:59:17 PM
Looking for opinions on this series of fishing rod...

I'm looking for a few good rods for some reels I have. The fenwick seems to be attainable in my price range, (under $100 per rod).

Full accurate narrow 4/0
Standard accurate frame with JVariance side plates and stainless gear set 4/0
Wide accurate frame with JVariance plates, stock insides
Daiwa Sealine 50H

I have one ugly stick that I used with both a 4/0 and the 50H. I think it will be paired with the 50H

These will be used for bottom fishing in the Gulf of Mexico out of Tampa

Thought I'd post a few pictures of the reels that need rods

I have several PacificStik Royales and they are terrific. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed.  8)

Fenwicks are nice, but for a better warranty, price point and availability, I might go with Shakespeare Ugly Sticks or Ugly Stick Tigers.
