Not sure if this is the right place or not but I am looking for someone to tune up my Penn 209 Peer and get it beach worthy once again...it has been a decoration for some time now but was functional when I semi-retired it some years ago. It feels a little stiff when turning the handle though. No line on it so I cannot check who the drag or bait click feel but they were working fine at that time also. Thank you.
