Andy,
I assume you are talking about the black Japanese versions. You can rebend just about any scissor/coil type bail spring of the same or larger gauge & size if you still have the old one as a pattern, even if it is broken. They are not so precise that they have to be perfect. Cut  the legs to the correct length and rebend the 90s.
