Looks like Accurate is jumping into the star drag market now with the Tern.
I saw that too. They're calling it a twin drag but they just added drag washers on both sides of the gear not both sides of the spool like the lever drags. They make fine reels and I'm sure this will be no exception just wondering if there's any real benefits of that arrangement other than more space for more washers. Thoughts?
From their description it sounds like two washers, one each above and below the gear with friction plates. One below with a friction plate... sounds like an old P series Newell!
