Title: Fred Hall Long Beach March 2019
Post by: rfkca on March 03, 2019, 05:26:24 AM
I'm looking forward to attending the Fred Hall Show in Long Beach this coming week. I'm looking to add a Slammer III 6500 to my arsenal. I cant decide whether it will be the 6500 or 6500 HS. Perhaps the Penn pros at the show can help me choose wisely.

If you're looking to pop go for the HS.  I'll be there on Wednesday in the rain.

Great to hear that Alan will be there for a couple of days, there are always folks asking me if he is "in the building" [like Elvis].
Speaking of Elvis, Tony Dubeck will also be "in the building" Wed-Sat, so don't wait until Sunday if you want to talk to him.
Regarding the original regular vs HS question; what kind of fishing do you normally do, and what type/test line will you use most often?
