I had never owned an Okuma reel and I figured why not start at the very bottom of the heap with the cheapest reel they offered. If it was of fair quality then I would think of looking at other products in their lineup. It was a well made reel for an insanely cheap price, so I'd definitely look at another reel of theirs at some point. Here is my video looking at these cheap reels. And here is a video where I used the reel on a fishing trip. Nothing big was caught that day, I was just fishing with nightcrawlers trying to get a feel for what sorts of fish were in this new to me fishing spot.
