She didn't have a stock kit to replace the washers in my Abu Striper 8600, it took a couple tries, I sent her the old washers to match up,
she stuck it through and the reel is performing better than ever....Smooooth Drag!

Yeah, I gotta say a big thanks too!
I received an order from here where the envelope got ripped open by the usps machine even though she had it stamped all over with "NON MACHINABLE, DO NOT BEND".  One of the bearings was missing and she sent me a new one even though is was the post office's fault.
