Title: Odd International 20 reel ID

Found this hanging in the rafters of the local tackle shop down here in the USVI.  The rod appears custom with no markings of any kind.  Anyone got a history behind this?

More Ohana experts will be along with some factoids on the Neptuna cradle, but get it if you can. That's pretty hard tp find and in that shape.
