Title: unknown sleeve
Post by: basto on February 13, 2020, 05:16:00 AM
Can anyone tell what reel the gear sleeve at the bottom of photo is for?
It is the same in all dimensions as the 200 sleeve above it, except for the milled out section at the base.
thanks
Basto

It looks like a recess for a felt washer...for holding oil maybe?

i would imagine its another iteration of the 200 sleeve- try it and see if the pin holes line up and you should have your answer. All my x-master sleeves are flat like that as i recall

Greg, if you're thinking of upgrading that sleeve, check the the post, it might be thinner than the later ones.

Sal, I think you nailed it. I now  remember buying it for my old 155 and it was too loose on its post.
If they had a part number on them it would make things a lot simpler.
thanks mate
