Title: Wrapping And Finish Motor Setup For Use With Hand Wrapping Jigs
Post by: The Fishing Hobby on February 19, 2020, 11:04:27 PM
I thought some of you may be interested in this one.
I use this quite a bit for applying epoxy and I like it, so I decided to do a video about it.

Looks like a nice device to have if you build very many rods. Well thought out, Kevin!

Thank you sir. I use it more than I initially thought I would just because of how easy it makes doing color preserver and epoxy work. It is small and easily stored away too. I have real lathes for any grip making I do, so a power wrapper isn't something I really need. This is something in between a hand wrapper and rod building lathe I guess.

Really nifty and inspirational, it is on my to do list to build a rod or at least renovate one

I really enjoy doing rebuilds. It is a lot more work than building on a new blank, but it is fun to me to make old rods new again.
