I'd been waiting for a deal to pop up on these reels and finally found one. My initial thought was the 4470 is a fairly large reel upon closer inspection, I did notice a lot of plastic parts. Here's a few pics.

Those are from the 1984ish Mitchell Sports USA era. Mitchell Sports was a division of Mitchell-France and handled all of the North American/US sales. That was a time of turmoil for the Garcia & Mitchell relationship.
