Title: RESITEX, not RESISTEX
Post by: basto on September 14, 2020, 12:31:13 AM
Just a bit of trivia to get right here. In the past I think I started calling the original drag washers in reels like the 330,220,and many other DAM reels, resistex.
I am sorry to say that many others followed my mistake. My apologies for that.
The correct spelling is resitex. Just look on any DAM schematic.

Well how about that? I'm guilty too Greg...I've called it resistex in countless posts. :-[

???    :o  HA!  ;)  I'm blaming my innocence on you two guys  :D since I've never really studied a Dam Quick schematic. I got used to seeing it here and now it's stuck in my head!   ;D
