Hey gang,
              Did anyone notice that WillFish is advertising frame kits for the TLD 20ll and 30ll in Western Outdoor News?????

Yes, I did notice that also. I thought they only did the larger TLDs ?

yup, nice frames!  unfortunately, it does not eliminate the problem of the dog that can get ripped out of the soft graphite right side plate.....   :-\

They used to make a frame for the TLD-50 too.  I have their frame for the 30-II.  Tiburon didn't make a topless frame at the time for the 30 and the Will Fish frames are every bit as good as the Tiburon frames... I have a topless Tib frame on my 20-II.

Have you seen that happen?  I fish 50# on my 20 and 60# on my 30 and haven't had any issues with local trolling.  It's not like I'm using them for 100#.
If you upgrade the weakest link you have a new weakest link!

i've only heard rumors of it happening once, but knowing the reel i certainly believe it can happen....   :-\
