Our members who make parts have not done any of these that I am aware of. It is not a part one would lose or damage so not enough money to invest in tooling. It is not something that would be difficult to make and basic materials can be found at McMaster Carr. I have not searched yet but will take a look.

This part will work for length and OD. Just need to drill the hole out bigger to fit the sleeve.

You could use a piece of stainless tubing if you're in a bind, it doesn't need to be "keyed".  Just need the right dimensions.
