Hey Guys,

I have been through at least 100 of these reels but this one is problematic.

The freespool button works perfectly and smooth when assembled with no drag pressure. When I tighten the drag it's hit and miss getting the button to act right. Most of the time it's very hard to get the button to go down.

I've tried the ratchet both ways with no difference. I've tried different thicknesses of under gear washers.

You definitely have a much harder time using you right hand or thumb to push the button. If I use my left hand it works easier.

Got any ideas?
