Bonjour, je suis en France et le SAV Tica ne me répond plus...Je recherche pour mes Taurus 5000S un ou deux bras de pick-up. l'un est cassé et dans l'autre la vis d'accès au roulement de galet est bien grippée. C'est bien dommage car je les aime beaucoup et les emmène en Afrique chaque fois que je peux...si quelqu'un a ça, ou si le SAV US est meilleur que l'Européen, ce dont je ne doute pas, merci de me contacter!!!!!

I am looking for one or two pick-up arms for my Taurus 5000S. one is broken and in the other the access screw to the roller bearing is seized. It's a shame because I like them very much and take them to Africa whenever I can ... if anyone has that, or if the US after-sales service is better than the European, which I have no doubt, thank you to contact me !!!!!

I think Tica copied Shimano too closely, and got into patent problems in Western markets
Taurus appeared/disappeared fairly quickly -- very little chance of finding parts

as my dim brain recalls, I considered the early(est) black Taurus & watched for a while
could be found <$150, new; some raved about value; Shimano huffed about infringement
other than "different", don't remember anything good/bad about later redesigned silver Taurus
Well I found 2 Dealers on the interweb here in Texas one says they are not Dealers for them and the other phone # don't work ..........

Hello, i see only today your answer about your search for me. I thanks you for that, but without succès!!!My dolor is great now because i broke the second arm of my second Taurus trying to unscrew the support of bearing!!!!!!!they were very good reels, and i loved them as my stellas. With carbon drags, home made, i had attaked GT's of new Calédonia!!!!(until 25kgs)PAX for them!!
