Hello From Sunny and hellishly hot Guayaquil Ecuador

I'm having a bit of trouble disassembling a Quantum Throttle 40 .
This Is the first time that one of this reels comes to my shop.
The QT40 schematic is very low quality and is hard to see the part I'm having trouble disassembling.

The right body side ring seems awfully hard . I couldn't find any info on the web on how to remove it .
Please help!!!!

IS it screwed on?

Does it pops on and off with pressure and some flat tool?

Please help I don't want to break anything !!!!!

Thanks But is a totally different reel body assembly

I have disassembled some Quantum Smokes with no problem!!

Thanks for the replies !!

Part I'm having trouble removing is P/N 38 the big plastic red ring.

I have removed the retaining ring from the left side and the plastic ring from the left side too.

Thanks for that schematic !! way clearer that the one I downloaded.

Well # 38 may actually be Threaded as it appears there is nothing to keep it from hitting the handle when its together otherwise you just tap on it from the opposite side .
You MIGHT try tapping on one of the Tangs in each direction to see if she moves .
