The reel on the left was advertised as Pflueger, but I don't think so. The badge is missing. For comparison, the one to the right is a 110, 250yd. The ? reel is larger and wider but very similar to 110 and is a 400yd.
My guess is the ? is a TT OC reel, possibly a 210. 1110??? No harness lugs, so it's not 165/67. I've read in here that the lickum-stickum TT badges can fall off.
Still not sure because the ? eccentric lever is different from what I've seen elsewhere.
I'll post a breakdown after I know what it is.

I can't find it in ORCA's archives. The spool is about 2-1/8" wide and 3" tall. Plates are 3-3/4".
It resembles the 6-post Seattle reels except for that curved eccentric lever.
They are both OC. The answer lies in Mike's OC book but I don't have it handy. Anybody?
After some more research, I found a 110 with a stand marked 400. It did not however have the same eccentric as mine. The example I just saw has the lever that pivots out 90 degrees. Most of the mystery is solved.
I have one I identified as a OC Hampton 993 w/a curved eccentric lever. Spool width is 2-1/8" & side plates at 2-3/4".

and another one with the straight lever that rotates 90 deg perpendicular to the side plate that I think is a Chesapeake 107. It's a little bigger (spool width 2-7/16"; side plate dia 3-1/16")

I think it is a trade reel, Seattle plate with 165 spool and reel seat .
Here's what I found on the bay. Based on this, mine is either a True Temper OC or a trade reel. I would need to break into my 250 yd 110 and compare internals to my ?400 reel.
If the ?400 yd reel doesn't have cheap/downgraded trade reel parts, I can "correct" the reel with a donor.
I know that the 400 yd reel has a square hole that will accept the pivot-style lever assembly.
Why go to all the trouble? Because it itches and I gotta scratch it.

The marbled knob on the reel in question kinda threw me. You don't see that on many OC's. Usually they're white.
The straight clutch lever is called a "knock-down lever". When the handle is turned it knocks down the lever and puts the reel in gear.
A great idea, the "knock down lever". Wonder why other conventional manufactures haven't come-up with a version of it.

Me too!! I now know OC made a 400 yd 110, but that free spool lever is still the "thing" that keeps this reel on the bench. The plan is to find another 110 reel that is labeled and has a clean "knockdown lever" (thanks for that oc1). Or find a clean, correct reel and set this one aside until I know who it is.
The challenge is most of the OC trolling reels are so corroded.

Ocean City "Seattle" No.110 Reel
The No.110 was named the "Seattle" and came out in 1948 and was made for use as a wire line reel for deep trolling. It was called a narrow spool reel but it really wasn't that narrow It was a 300YD capacity reel with a gear ratio of 2 1/4 to 1.

There is one for sale on the bay. See pics in my Dec 17th post. The stand is stamped "400". I do realize the reel for sale could be modified, but that's unlikely, IMO, cause 400 yd OCs were/are available in other models. The 6-post frame narrows the search effort quite a bit.
In my oroginal post, I show both the Seattle 250 next to the unmarked 400.
