Alan do you have a tutorial for the Newell S-440?

Thanks, but I assume you mean the schematics. I was hoping there would be a tutorial with pictures for the S440 or another that is similar.

You could use this. http://alantani.com/index.php?topic=24.0. It shares the same gear, gear sleeve, pawl, and a few other components...just that your reel is a bit larger.
