Places to buy bearings!

I have been checking out different pages of guys that do reel repair and they have abec 7 ceramic hybrid for 15 bucks a pair. Where are they getting them to sell them cheap like that? These guys mostly do just baitcasters but they have to get the bearings for cheaper then say boca.... Is there a secret I need to go on a quest for?

I think these are made in China I have seen them for spinning reels for around $17 a pair a guy on flea bay  Irvineman I think is the name sells them I have no idea how good or bad they are   Doug
