Penn Senator 4/0 special narrow

I have a Baja special and a yellowtail special, but, have never seen this model before is this rare? it has 4 rod clamp screws, and looks like you can change the drag washers without taking the sideplate off

Looks like it has been customized with Newell(?) aftermarket parts and yes, outside-accessible drags are a feature of many vintage Senator reels.

Def. one of the early 113H's with the outside drag access.

Yup, it's got some of the Newell parts on it... that's the blocky Newell clamp, alright.

Looks in really good shape!

I drove by a garage sale yesterday I saw three tables of rods leaning up and a mess of reels,  Had to step on the gas and keep driving, almost got sick thinking about what might be there, but I just spent my life savings on a new out drive unit for my boat and don't  have two nickels to rub together anymore.
