Penn 113H / 113H2 Spool bearings

I have been servicing some 113H reels that are used on a "head" boat, and are much abused. I have been noticing that some of the inter races on the spool bearings seam loose. I had not noticed this when servicing them before.These bearing appear small for the load they handle. Has anyone found these to be regular replacement items? I normally stock a few, maybe I should stock more? Thanks for your input.
