How do I get this bearing out without breaking anything?

there is a stainless steel retaining ring around the collar.  gently pry that out and everything else just falls out.

Aside: When it comes time to reinstall the retaining ring, ensure that the gap is not in alignment with the gaps on the spool. Note how the gap at present is over on the side, away from the spool gaps. You will be quite unhappy later if you line up the gaps. Treat the retaining ring as a fly-away part... be careful it does not enter low earth orbit, never to be seen again.
