Delrin washers...?

Hank, what Dawn said; and in any case I can't give you an answer yet because I'm still awaiting some parts prior to reassembly. I'm building a narrow YTS too, and in due course I plan to Delrinize various Jigmasters, 155s, and a few others as well.

Hesperia, I have a buddy who lives there by Ft. Irwin, my aunt has a home there too. Thanks ladies(both flowers of the desert

), if they're the same thickness as stock Penn undergear washers than I see no problemo. I drove through and visited there in 2010 on my way to Ft. Hunter Liggett Ca.

Dawn, should I e-mail or call you for delrin washers for under main gears:
-3 Penn 500 series reels
-2 Penn 113 series reels
-2 Penn 114 series reels

Got my washers in today. I was pleasantly surprised that she had the size for the new US113w available, along with ones for my jigmasters and 113HLW. Couldn't be happier with her customer service.

Haha...I've been trying to get Bryan and to Big Boss to try them with no luck $:-\$ .

Alan has a Jigmaster that I've assembled for him not long ago, he said it's unusually smooth at max...we'll see
