Shimano TLD25 Part Numbers

Greetings

I want to replace the wingnuts and long reel clamp bolts with the newer graphite reel clamp.
Does anyone know the part numbers for the following?

2 bolts
2 jam nuts
2 nuts that screw up from the bottom
1 graphite clamp?

The Shimano website has schematics and should have these parts numbers.
