Sabalos 3000 - need parts!

Do any of you guys know where I can buy parts for a Wright & McGill Sabalos 3000 spinner ? I am really hard on my gear since I enjoy big fish on small reels, and I finally broke an internal part and need to find a source for replacements. Even the company website doesn't offer parts, and the "contact us" button returns an error message. Bearings are all still good, but I need some help finding parts.
