Ok how about this idea.

Sub sections for main components:

Knobs -->vendors
Handles-->vendors
Bridges-->vendors
Frames-->vendors
Drags-->vendors
Dogs-->vendors
Gear Sleeves-->vendors
etc...

That's simple and orderly. I think that would work.

SS AR dogs should come with the SS gear sleeves,  that way when I see something shiny or a squirrel you get your dogs.... ;D

Actually the big bottle neck on my parts is the cutter, the last order was made 5 weeks ago, and it has some Penn 10 dogs in it.
Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

Good job on the 10 dogs Lee, I just want to mention that the tail piece that makes contact with the eccentric needs to be shaved 1/32", or the direct drive won't work. I'm not sure you've tested these but one of the members was having problem with his 10. I told him to send it over and that's what I came up with.
Dogs on the 10 are very sensitive, they need to be spot on.
His reel is working nicely now.

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Keta

Thanks for the feedback, drawing changed.  Penn tolerances can be all over the place.

Not a problem Lee, I just wanted to make sure you knew. I wasn't sure if he contacted you.
He's very happy with your work and I'm sure so is everyone else here, I know I am.

If the cutter ever gets to my order the 15-10 dogs I send you will be shorter.

Too many manufactures and variations to do this.  Alan sells some of his gear sleeves with a SS AR dog.
