How many Captains operating out of San Quintin have Parkers and are known for harassing sport boats poaching on his spots?

I don't recall the name. Was it this one?
When I was your age Pluto was a planet!

yes there's one who gets a bit extreme... there's also a couple others who will get pretty vocal if a sport boat gets too close.... with parkers

Yeah, the guys at K&M have a couple of Parkers and are known to get vocal but not in the same league as 'that guy'.

never seen them throwing lead yet... except once at a seadog...
