OK I just got back to Fresno and spoke to Alec at the Landing and they are in the process of issuing me a refund. As soon as that refund clears my bank I will start refunding everyone...Hopefully only a couple of days. My bank is pretty fast on releasing my funds to me.

OK - as of 8:40 am Nov. 8, 2016 all refunds have been issued through my Papal acct. From there it goes to my Wells Fargo acct. and PayPal says this takes 3-5 business days. I hate that they will take your money instantly but won't return it instantly  .

Please let me know if for some reason your refund doesn't go thru.
