 It's official..... Brian's fishing Supply in Honolulu is selling the custom shift levers and has all colors in stock. Make sure to mention Ohana and he may charge you double  Grin Grin....just kidding. Hopefully the word will get out and Brian will have lots of walk in's looking for the levers.

 If you aren't in the Honolulu hemisphere Wink Wink,  then Maureen at also has all colors of the new levers in stock.

  These are the only 2 outlets for the levers and have no plans to add any more retailers for now.
