Yup. And their Fish & Game people do a lot of spying before they come after ya. Maybe necessary with 40 million+ people?

Probably why they limit night fishing. Harder to spy on you. Or easier. Depending how competent the spy is.

It is difficult,,,, because 1hr after sunset in trout waters and anytime in the bigger lakes is ok,,,,,,,
