Shimano ultegra 4000 carbontex

Looking for some help identifying proper size carbontex washers for my Shimano ultegra 4000.  Any help is much appreciated.

most likely a standard size, already available (no custom cutting)
the question is WHICH standard size...  from what era?
"Shimano ultegra 4000" isn't descriptive enough -- need exact model/year
better yet, measure what you have
