Penn Torque 40 nld2 handle swap ???

Hello everyone, I had a question about taking off the handle on my torque 40 nld2. I bought a Tiburon t-bar lite handle and would like to know how to remove the factory handle.  I see there is a spanner wrench in the box. Do I need to use the wrench to unscrew the nut right under the 2-speed button then the entire button comes off? Thanks in advance!

Hello and nice first post here.

A fellow member did a good post about a take down and service of a Torque 25NLD2. The 40NLD2 should be the same, only with larger parts.

Starting at pic #34 will show you how to get the the handle off to replace with the Tib handle.
