Well done, Chester!

Go pick yourself up a set of Craftsman SAE ignition wrenches. They're not expensive and they work great on all those minuscule nuts & bolts in the old spinners. I use mine on just about every reel I service. Once you have a set you'll never have yo worry about buggering up any of those little nuts or bolts.  ;)

Thanks for the link, Midway Tommy.  I just checked on Amazon before you added the URL to ETSY, and with their free shipping, the price comes out about the same.  Might as well get the metric set, also.

Sadly, the Sears stores have dried up in this area.  Oak Ridge Sears-gone.  Harriman Sears--gone.  Knoxville and Maryville have Sears, but their shelves are about empty, can never find what you need, especially in the tool dept.  Ditto in their clothing and shoe departments.  ::)

Got a second 2052 taken apart and cleaned, will wait until tomorrow or later in the weekend to get it and the third finished.

Nice reels Chester. You're making the old little guys happy again.
I've been using that super lube on spinners for about a year now and really like it.
Very nice job!

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.
