I bought two US made pro gears from Randy.  One was NIB 255 which had all of the expected brass parts - except a surprise stainless gear (same gear in both).  The other 255 was used and up graded with CF drags and a stainless yoke.  It also had this stainless excentric jack that I can't place.  It's a 11-200 size un marked, and yes it's stainless not chrome plated brass.  You can see where the ears are worn but no brass showing through plus I scratched it to see.  It's also a slightly different shape.  The first two shots are in comparison to an 11-200 chome over brass and an 11-155 stainless.  The last is next to a Black Pearl jiggy jack.  Both were equally shiny and magnetic.

Any ideas where it's from?
