I have a Pflueger Criterion ctn2430 reel and can't find any info on it.

It's similar in size to a ABU Cardinal 752.

Have you tried to contact pflueger and see if they can provide some assistance?

No, I went to their site and tried to find the Criterion line but didn't have any luck.

prob. a "budget combo" reel, not sold separately:
https://www.fishandsave.com/products/56307/Pflueger-Pflueger-Spinning-Combo-CTN2425-Criterion-Reel-w/Pflueger-Criterion-5%27-Ultra-Light-Rod-2-6-Lb.

could also be an "exclusive", like Gold Medalist (usually, bad news)...
they make 'em for a big vendor, then wash their hands of it -- ZERO PRODUCT SUPPORT

Additional info:

I noticed the bail had E-Z Cast on it so a check on the net turned up an identical reel with the same crank and backplate which is one version of the Shakespeare "Excursion" reel.

This seems to be a budget reel but has a very solid feel and should be fine for panfish.
