I have one appart on my bench and having zero luck putting it back together. I have tried the worm bushing A both directions and never removed the B side. Any ideas?
     Thanks in advance, Brendan.

Assemble BNT parts in the following order:

1634
3107
1699 (complementary flat recess in bush)
1635
1237 (do not tighten completely)
1633

Attach 1702, 1703, 686 to wormshaft 1700, then 1243.

Insert 1700 into frame and align bush recesses with levelwind guard.

Support 1703 whilst attaching 1838 & 0133.

Success! :)

Thank you for the detailed reply. I grabbed my schematic but not my glasses to double check. I don't find the 3103 on mine though. Got it back together after one more flip of the worm bushing.
I will give it another look tomorrow. Thanks again, Brendan.

Great detailed explanation!

I am very impatient and always struggled with levelwinders.   That is when I started working with a Schematic next to me and am now converted to usually doing that with other reels as well!

Help...I need part No. BNT0425.  It is the tiny e-clip that holds the driveshaft to the molded plastic cover. Is there a standard size for these e-clips or are they just Shimano parts?  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
